Rachel Warnecke is a communication educator and coach with over 30 years of experience helping students and professionals find clarity, confidence, and power in their voices. She holds a master's degree in Communication with a focus on rhetoric and interpersonal communication.  She has taught and coached Speech and Debate at every level - from middle school classrooms to collegiate programs.

Throughout her career, Rachel has guided students to success on some of the nation’s most competitive stages. As a National Speech and Debate Association (NSDA) multi-diamond coach, her coaching has produced finalists and champions at the Harvard Speech and Debate Tournament, Emory, Glenbrooks, the UKTOC, NIETOC, Florida Blue Key, NSDA, and MS-NSDA. She has also prepared students for interviews that have led to acceptance into some of the nation’s most selective boarding schools, colleges, and universities, while providing comprehensive coaching for young women pursuing pageants. Her work centers on helping individuals feel grounded and expressive in every speaking situation, whether they’re navigating a conversation, leading a group discussion, interviewing for a dream opportunity, delivering a major presentation, or stepping into the intensity of high-level competition.

 

Rachel is also the creator of the social media community Speak Up, where she shares practical tools, encouragement, and insights for public speaking, interviewing, and effective communication with a global audience. Her clients span the world, united by a shared goal: to speak with authenticity, courage, and skill. When she’s not teaching or coaching, you can usually find Rachel singing theater tunes, running along a trail or heading out on long bike rides. Being outdoors gives her a sense of freedom – plus, it helps balance out her deep love for French fries and Skittles.
